history of no tears, no diarrhea but x 12 stools per day, no vomiting, previous neonatal jaundice, still has tinge of jaundice feeding well. no coughing, history of runny nose but resolved no signs of dehydration, no shock, tinge of sclera, positive moro reflex, suction reflex normal, cry stimulation, normal MSK exam abdomen soft, chest no respiratory distress, normal breathe sounds neurology intact
